Commercial service terms
Quote first. Terms before service.
Version: 2026-05-14 · Effective: 2026-05-14 · URL: washbodega.com/commercial/terms
These terms are kept available for review, but the customer journey starts with a quote. A customer is not asked to accept these terms until a quote, trial bag, or account setup is approved.
1. Quote-first flow
Commercial service starts with a quote request and fit review. These terms apply only when a customer approves a written quote, trial bag, recurring account, or other written commercial service agreement that references these terms.
Website descriptions are informational. A quote controls price, service scope, pickup availability, minimums, and any special handling notes for that customer.
2. Service description
WashBodega may wash, dry, fold, account-tag, and return commercial laundry as described in the approved quote or service agreement.
Turnaround, pickup, delivery, and recurring schedule are confirmed in writing based on capacity, route fit, item type, and weekly volume.
3. Customer warranties
Customer represents that items tendered for service are owned by Customer or submitted with authorization, are machine-washable, and do not require dry cleaning or undisclosed specialty handling.
Customer must not submit items containing biohazards, regulated contaminants, sharps, hazardous chemicals, pests, active mold, documents, currency, jewelry, electronics, or personal property.
4. Right to refuse or pause service
WashBodega may refuse, return unwashed, pause, or cancel service for items or accounts that appear unsafe, outside service scope, materially different from the approved quote, unpaid, or inconsistent with these terms.
5. Commercial bailment and risk of loss
Customer keeps title to all laundry. WashBodega accepts limited custody as a commercial bailee and will use commercially reasonable care consistent with laundromat and wash-dry-fold operations.
Customer assumes risk for undisclosed fragile items, items without proper care instructions, items not meant for standard machine washing, and personal property left in laundry.
6. Limitation of liability
Unless a signed quote or agreement states otherwise, WashBodega's total liability for loss, damage, mis-handling, late return, or service failure is limited to $500 per pickup bag or service order, calculated at depreciated commercial value with documentation.
WashBodega is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, business-interruption, or goodwill damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Texas law.
7. Notice of claim
Any claim must be sent to owner@washbodega.com within 48 hours after the bag or order is returned, with photographs, item details, and the requested resolution.
Late claims may be denied because the returned items are no longer in WashBodega's custody or control.
8. Payment and Cents account setup
This website does not collect payment information. Commercial ordering, account payments, receipts, and account management may be handled through Cents after account setup.
Auto-Pay through Cents is the default account flow unless a written quote or agreement approves alternate terms. Net terms, annual prepay, or other billing arrangements are available only after written approval.
9. Cancellation, changes, and suspension
Unless the written quote says otherwise, recurring commercial service is month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.
WashBodega may update rates, minimums, route availability, or service schedule with 30 days written notice for future service. Service may pause for failed payments, unsafe items, or material changes in volume or item mix.
10. Privacy and data
WashBodega uses customer information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, provide service, manage accounts, and meet legal obligations. WashBodega does not sell customer information.
Cents may collect and process customer, order, account, and payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Texas law. The parties will try in good faith to resolve disputes through direct written discussion before filing suit, unless urgent injunctive relief is required.
Venue for disputes is Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Miscellaneous
The written quote or signed agreement plus these terms forms the commercial service agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed quote controls price, scope, payment terms, and specifically negotiated service terms.
WashBodega may update these terms. The version that applies is the version referenced by the written quote or agreement approved by the customer.
