Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to WashBodega Inc. / Wash Bodega, the laundromat located at 6604 W Bellfort Ave, Houston, TX 77035.

Wash Bodega is the customer-facing business, service provider, and sender for Wash Bodega customer communications.

The Wash Bodega website provides store information, directions, pricing and service information, quote request paths, hiring information, and links to customer ordering or account tools.

Website information is provided for convenience and may change. A written quote, receipt, posted store notice, or signed agreement controls if it conflicts with general website information.

Wash Bodega may provide self-service laundry, drop-off wash-dry-fold, Wash & Go, comforter or bulky-item cleaning, commercial laundry, laundry card support, customer service, and related laundromat services.

Wash Bodega may refuse, pause, cancel, or return service where items are unsafe, unsanitary, outside service scope, unpaid, mislabeled, or inconsistent with store rules or an approved quote.

Wash Bodega may use Cents / TryCents / Make Cents Technologies Incorporated as a point-of-sale, customer account, order, and payment software provider.

Cents is not the customer-facing Wash Bodega SMS sender. It is a software provider used to operate the store and customer account flows.

When you use Cents-powered ordering, payment, receipt, account, or card-balance features, Cents platform terms and policies may also apply inside that platform.

This website does not directly collect payment card information. Payments, receipts, account balances, laundry card records, and order/account management may be handled through the store POS or Cents-powered customer account tools.

Customers are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for reporting suspected account, payment, or laundry card issues promptly.

Wash Bodega SMS programs are governed by the Wash Bodega SMS Terms. Service and informational text messages are separate from promotional or marketing text messages.

Marketing or promotional SMS requires separate consent where required. A customer may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to a Wash Bodega text message.

Wash Bodega's use of customer information is described in the Wash Bodega Privacy Policy.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Wash Bodega may update services, hours, prices, terms, and operating procedures. Changes apply going forward unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wash Bodega is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, or business-interruption damages.
