Reach One 713 — Reach One & Help Change A Life

Wash Bodega × Reach One 713 · Community

One neighbor. Then the next. Then all of Houston.

Wash Bodega opens its doors so Reach One 713 — a Houston 501(c)(3) led by Bobby Martell Rouse — can do what it has since 2016: feed kids, fill backpacks, give bikes, and change lives across the whole city, one neighbor at a time.

Impact since 2016

Bobby Martell Rouse, founder of Reach One 713

Our founder

A Houstonian who shows up — everywhere, every season.

Bobby Martell Rouse could have done anything. A professional athlete with an MBA and a career across business, sales, and tech — he chose, in 2016, to pour all of it into one thing: showing up for Houston's kids.

He didn't stop at one neighborhood. Reach One 713 feeds families in South Union, Sunnyside, and Pecan Park; hands out backpacks and computers to students across the entire Houston Metro Area; and last December gave gifts to more than 200 kids at Oxford Place alone.

Reach one. Help change a life.

Empathetic

Personally at every event — from planning to the last box handed out.

Collaborative

Builds with local businesses and community organizations.

Entrepreneurial

An MBA and an operator's discipline behind every dollar.

Grassroots

100% volunteer and donor-funded. Compact, agile, real.

Year-round impact

Four seasons. One promise.

Every season of the year, Reach One 713 meets a specific, urgent need.

When school cafeterias close, the meals kids rely on disappear. Grocery boxes and family food packs reach households where they are.

02

Summer · Jul / Aug

Backpack & School Supply Drive

Free backpacks, school supplies, and computers for students across the entire Houston Metro Area, powered by local partners.

03

Fall · November

Thanksgiving Dinner Event

A full table and a little more dignity for families during the holidays.

04

Winter · December

Holiday Bike & Toy Event

Over 200 children received gifts at Oxford Place alone last season — now in its fourth year of bikes and joy.

Why a laundromat?

Clean clothes are dignity. We're where families already are.

Wash Bodega hosts and sponsors. Reach One 713 runs the giving and receives the tax-deductible donations. Together, we reach more.
