Wash Bodega is the customer-facing business and sender for Wash Bodega communications. Cents / TryCents / Make Cents Technologies Incorporated is a point-of-sale, customer account, ordering, and payment software provider that Wash Bodega may use to operate the store.

We collect information you choose to provide to Wash Bodega, such as your name, phone number, email address, business name, address or ZIP code, laundry card or customer account details, service notes, quote requests, order information, job application information, and messages you send us.

Community events: when you register your family for a free community event (such as the Reach One 713 back-to-school backpack drive), we collect the parent or guardian's name and contact details and, for each child, the first and last name, age, school grade, and shirt size you provide. We use this only for event logistics — preparing the right backpack and shirt for each child, your pickup-window reminder, and event-day check-in. Child information is stored in our private database and the staff check-in tool only; it is never published, never used for marketing, and never sold. You can ask us to delete it after the event using the contact below.

If you opt in to receive text messages, we may record your mobile phone number, the type of messages you agreed to receive, the date and method of consent, opt-out status, and related customer service history.

We use customer information to operate the laundromat, respond to inquiries, provide self-service and wash-dry-fold support, manage laundry card and customer account records, prepare quotes, handle orders, send service updates, process hiring inquiries, prevent fraud or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Wash Bodega does not sell customer information.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or to complete a business operation requested by the customer.

The site is designed for limited, privacy-respecting analytics. Wash Bodega should not add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or similar tracking pixels without a separate owner-approved policy update.

Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, approximate location, referral source, and pages visited may be processed to keep the site secure and improve the customer experience.
